Bhikkilal’s has partnered with reputable logistics partners for our delivery services to ensure that all of our products reach you in the best condition, free from any damages*. We use only the highest quality packaging materials sourced from trusted suppliers, and we thoroughly test the packaging before using it for shipping and delivery.

Delivery Procedure:

Once we have processed your order, we thoroughly inspect the products to ensure they are in pristine condition. After passing the final quality check, we carefully package the products and hand them over to our trusted logistics partner.

Our logistics partner will then make every effort to deliver the products to you as soon as possible. If our logistics partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the designated time, they will contact you to resolve the matter.

Please note that all products ordered by you, including any complimentary gifts, will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order and will include an invoice. While we make every effort to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be feasible.

Packaging -

Bhikkilal’s takes great care in packaging its products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our products are packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail, to prevent any damage* during transit. The products are first wrapped in bubble wrap to protect against any potential bumps and bruises, while fragile products such as glass bottles are further secured with an extra layer of bubble wrap. Finally, the products are placed in sturdy cardboard boxes, ready to be delivered to you. Bhikkilal’s Don't takes full responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit.

Range Of Locations -

Bhikkilal’s provides shipping services to a wide range of locations across India, covering a vast majority of pin codes. However, this serviceability list may vary based on the availability and capabilities of our logistics partners. You can easily determine if we deliver to your desired shipping address by entering your pin-code on any of the product pages listed on our website or during the checkout process.

Track My Order -

Once you have placed your order with us, it will be processed from our warehouse. After your order has been sent out, you will receive an email/SMS containing the tracking information and the courier company handling your shipment. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order by logging into the "My Account" section of our website and clicking on the "Your Orders" tab. This way, you can easily check the status of your package.

Time Limit -

When you place your order, you will be given an estimated delivery time based on your shipping address. We keep an inventory of all products on our website, so your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our goal is to deliver your product within 2 to 7 days of placing your order, depending on your location and shipping address. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delays, the delivery may take slightly longer. Bhikkilal’s will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our logistics partner.

Time Of The Day -

Our logistics partner will contact you prior to delivering your order to the shipping address you provided when placing your order. It is important to be available to receive the call, as the delivery may be attempted up to three times. If there are three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the product, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Charges -

The shipping charges for your order may vary based on the product, packaging size, and other factors. These charges will be included in your total bill at the time of placing the order on our website. You will be informed of the shipping charges during the checkout process before making payment for your order. Bhikkilal’s does not impose any additional shipping fees beyond the invoice amount shown at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Information :

In case there is no one available at the shipping address during the delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make two more attempts. If needed, you can contact our customer service hotline to reschedule the delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If all three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us by our logistics partner.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
