Return or Exchange

Once the order is placed, all sales are final. No return or exchange is allowed.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a return only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • There is a quality issue with the product.

Refunds

If the product received is damaged during transit, you may request a refund.

Refund request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order by emailing us at Bhikkilals@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID Number
  • Product Name
  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Detailed Problem Description
  • Images or video of the damaged product
  • Bank Account Details for refund:
    • Bank Name
    • Bank Account Number
    • IFSC Code

The refund will be processed based on the invoice amount within 10 working days.
