Shipping & Return Policy

Bhikkilal’s has partnered with reputable logistics partners to ensure that all products reach you in the best condition, free from any damages*. We use only high-quality packaging materials sourced from trusted suppliers, and each package undergoes testing before shipping.

*Glass bottles may still get damaged.

Delivery Procedure

After your order is processed, each item is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. Once the final quality check is completed, the products are securely packed and handed over to our logistics partner.

Our logistics partner will attempt to deliver the products to your shipping address at the earliest possible time. If they cannot reach you or deliver at your address, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all products, including complimentary gifts, will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout and will include an invoice. While we strive to ship all products in your order together, it may not always be possible.

Packaging

Bhikkilal’s takes extreme care in packaging products to ensure safe delivery. Products are wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid bumps or damage. Fragile items such as glass bottles receive additional layers of protective wrapping.

Finally, all products are placed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Bhikkilal’s does not take full responsibility for damages that may occur during transit.

Range of Locations

Bhikkilal’s ships across a wide range of pin codes in India. However, serviceability may vary depending on the availability and capability of our logistics partners.

You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on any product page or during checkout.

Track My Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email containing tracking details and the courier partner name.

If you have an account on our website, you may also track your order under the "My Account" → "Your Orders" section.

Time Limit

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes between 2–7 days depending on your location.

However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. Bhikkilal’s will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

Time of the Day

Our logistics partner will contact you before attempting delivery. It is important to be available to receive the call.

Up to three delivery attempts will be made. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on product weight, packaging and location. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Bhikkilal’s does not charge any additional fees beyond the invoice amount.

Delivery Information

If no one is available during the delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make two more attempts. You may also contact customer support to reschedule delivery.

If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Notification of Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update our Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
